Isaac was born and raised in the Bay Area. He attended City College of San Francisco’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies. Immediately after, he worked at Gary Danko in San Francisco. Through the years, he continued to hone his skills working at various aspects within the food service industry, including baker at Disney Resort, product developer for national retailers (Trader Joe’s and Costco) and Pastry Chef at La Toque in Napa.
Isaac’s been featured in a couple food network shows and continues to compete in local and national baking competitions whenever possible. When he’s not in the kitchen, he enjoys spending time with his wife and labradoodle, eating ice cream and watching house hunters.
