A personal journey through family heritage: Chef Mark's most personal dinner event yet features three generations cooking together – himself, his mother Myriam, and his oldest child, "Chef Mirabelle". This intimate Caribbean coastal-inspired dinner celebrates family heritage and culinary traditions passed down through generations.
