Ceviche and Seafood Cooking Class

Seafood makes up a large portion of our dinner menu, our proximity to the Pacific ocean and the influence of Chef Marks' family along the coast of Colombia makes it an integral part of how we cook. Join us at the chefs counter as Chef Mark leads the group with basic seafood butchery and identification and then he will prepare a Caribbean style menu showcasing ceviche, tiradito, seafood stew and baked in banana leaves. 


$100 DINNER per person
